Good taxi service but they need to improve the delivery of invoice. I have used their service 2 times but every time I got the invoice very late.
This time also, I am waiting for the invoice but still not received, even after 3 days of taking the journey.
In these times of online invoice generation, its taking them 3 days to send the invoice.

Otherwise, all other things are OK.

Utilized the services of Royal Travels during our Coimbatore-Ooty-Bangalore trip from 25th to 28th March 2017. Fully satisfied by the services. You can book online, tariff is transparent, drivers were skilled and polite and never haggled for any tips or extra money. Cabs were clean. In fact we booked Indica but were provided Indigo / Innova for the same amount. The manager Mr Sundar was very courteous and arranged everything nicely. I would definitely recommend Royal Travels.

I have booked the round trip from this website using Tour planner, very useful tool to get clarity on the trip and detailed tariff.

This is all during the Pongal time i.e. 13th Jan to 17th Jan 2017.

Our trip started from Coimbatore Airport pick up and Driver Mr. Senthil was on time and very humble, helpful. He has guided us well throughout the trip. We have traveled from Coimbatore to Palani, Madurai, Tanjavur and Trichy and all the trip was on piligrimage.

Car was kept very clean and ready everyday.

Overall it was very good trip and we could cover all the planned places, thanks to Coimbatore Taxi (Royal travels) for arranging good driver and car.

We visited Guruvayur, thrissur and tirur recently by CCR. Pickup was on time and driver Saravanan was very good. We Visited close to 30 temples and the service was quite good and drop back was also on time. On the whole a very good experience.
